Our product includes comprehensive marketing consultations, digital campaigns, targeted and contextual advertising, SMM, SEO optimization, web development, design, and branding. In other words, we dive into a business and help build a turnkey marketing system.
In the past 1.5 years, we’ve delivered many successful projects.
The workload is growing, and high-quality client communication is everything to us. Sales is the face of the agency. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to strengthen our team and help us confidently expand our presence in the market.

- Lead generation at full throttle. Marketing about marketing sounds strong — and we back it up with real actions. You’ll receive leads that have already been qualified after pre-sales calls. Work only with those already interested.
- Stress-free onboarding. We won’t just throw you in and say “figure it out.” You’ll get support from your team lead, friendly colleagues, and all the tools you need: CRM, templates, briefings.
- Creativity isn’t just for designers. Want to be visible in the agency’s social media? Write expert articles, go live, or give interviews on our YouTube channel? We’re open to initiative.
- Team = people you want to work with. Open communication, lightness in discussions, humor, and honesty — that’s us. And we want you to feel aligned with that too.
What you’ll do:
- Handle both warm and cold leads. Zoom calls, email, and phone conversations. We expect you to genuinely enjoy people, their businesses, and helping them grow. 3–5 calls per day is our usual pace.
- Manage the client base. Reactivate former clients, upsell, and nurture long-term relationships. B2B is a marathon, not a sprint.
- Hit your KPIs. Conversion rates, deal cycle, repeat sales — you need to understand your numbers and turn goals into clear, actionable steps.
- Use CRM consistently. We don’t micromanage, but we do expect full responsibility. Accurate reporting keeps the whole team on track.
- Be ready for change. New services, pricing, updated processes — marketing moves fast. We expect you to adapt quickly, stay curious, and take initiative.
- Have at least 1 year of sales experience. B2B, digital, or agency background is a plus.
📌 What’s absolutely essential:
We’re looking for someone who has intentionally chosen sales — not “just trying it out” or “between jobs.” If you know for sure that sales is your thing, and you thrive on communication, strategy, and impact — we’d love to meet you.
What we offer:
- Fixed salary: UAH 15,000/month for the first 2 months + % of personal revenue.
Average salary of our sales team:
▸ Month 1 — UAH 25,000
▸ Month 3 — UAH 40,000
▸ Month 6 — UAH 60,000 - Transparent motivation system: personal dashboard with performance metrics.
- Remote work format.
- Vacation: 54 days per year, 24 of which are paid (starting from month 6).
- Work schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00.
